31. Before the buildings and project final, all landscaping shall be installed, reviewed, and <br /> approved by the Planning Division. <br /> 32. Landscape plans submitted for plan check shall include the following changes: <br /> a) Remove all Mexican Feather Grass and substitute with a non-invasive species. <br /> b) Replace all Live Oak trees along the southern property line with California Pepper <br /> tree (Schinus molle). <br /> c) Replace all roses with plants which are not salt sensitive. <br /> d) Along Stoneridge Drive street frontage, replace the Crape Myrtle trees with a <br /> second row of London Plane trees, offset from the existing street trees per the <br /> Specific Plan Guidelines. <br /> Revised landscape plans shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development. <br /> 33. The project applicant or developer shall protect the existing London Plane trees along <br /> the Stoneridge Drive project frontage from construction damage. Prior to issuance of a <br /> grading or building permit, the project developer shall install a temporary six foot tall <br /> chain-link fence (or other fence type acceptable to the Director of Community <br /> Development) outside of the existing tree drip lines, as shown on the plans. The fencing <br /> shall remain in place until final landscape inspection by the Community Development <br /> Department. Removal of such fencing prior to that time may result in a "stop work <br /> order." <br /> 34. A final landscape and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Director <br /> of Community Development as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. Said landscape plan shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, <br /> quantities, and spacing. Plant species shall be of drought-tolerant nature and the <br /> irrigation design shall utilize low-volume drip, bubbler, or other water conserving <br /> irrigation systems to the maximum extent possible. The project landscaping and <br /> irrigation shall be designed for and utilize recycled water and shall meet all requirements <br /> for compatibility with recycled water supply per the City of Pleasanton Recycled Water <br /> Standards. <br /> Climate Action Plan <br /> 35. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measures NM1-4, NM1-5, and NM1-8, the <br /> applicant or responsible party shall provide safe and convenient bicycle parking and <br /> bicycle-related improvements. Said improvements may include bicycle storage (wall <br /> mounted racks in covered areas for employees, bike lockers/boxes, etc.), work-place <br /> provision for showers, or other alternative approved by the Director of Community <br /> Development. <br /> 36. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure TDM1-6, the applicant shall provide at <br /> least six electric charging stations for plug-in vehicles as shown on the plans, as well as <br /> conduit and electrical lines for a minimum of three additional electrical car chargers in <br /> the future. Said charging stations shall be identified on plans submitted to the Building <br /> and Safety Division for permits. <br /> 13 <br />
