Stoneridge Drive/Hacienda Drive <br /> A technical memorandum detailing the analysis assumptions, including a final list of recommended study <br /> intersections will be submitted to City staff and the project team for review and comment prior to <br /> completing the impact analysis. <br /> Task 2—Data Collection and Site Reconnaissance <br /> This scope of work assumes that we will use the most recent intersection turning movement count data <br /> available from the City, to be provided to us in Synchro files with the most current lane configurations, <br /> traffic control and traffic signal timings. We have included new peak period traffic counts at up to five <br /> intersections to capture locations that are not included in the City's database. We will conduct up to 8 <br /> hours of field reconnaissance to spot check the intersection operation parameters, including lane <br /> configurations and traffic signal timing parameters. We will review with City staff any necessary <br /> modifications to the Synchro files prior to completing the impact analysis. <br /> Task 3—Impact Analysis <br /> The intersection peak hour level of service at each study intersection will be calculated using the 2000 <br /> Highway Capacity Manual method using Synchro software. Intersection turning movement forecasting <br /> methods are discussed within each scenario. The impact analysis will be conducted for the following <br /> scenarios: <br />
