The 11.5-acre site is vacant and relatively flat. A stockpile consisting of approximately <br /> 16,000 cubic yards of dirt is located on the southern half the site. No driveways currently <br /> provide access to the site, and no mature trees are located on the site, although street trees <br /> are present along Stoneridge Drive and El Charro Road. There is an existing bus turnout <br /> along Stoneridge Drive. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant proposes to construct an approximately 112,000 square-foot shopping center <br /> anchored by a grocery store and related site improvements on the approximately 11.5 acre <br /> Retail/Commercial site.
