BACKGROUND <br /> Bradley Blake, on behalf of BHV CenterStreet Properties, has submitted an application for a <br /> PUD Development Plan for the construction of an approximately 112,000 square-foot <br /> shopping center at the Retail/Commercial site at Staples Ranch. <br /> The Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch (Specific Plan) was adopted <br /> by City Council on August 24, 2010, and is applicable to the subject site. The Specific Plan <br /> contains design standards for properties subject to the Specific Plan, and includes a <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for minimization or avoidance of <br /> environmental impacts. <br /> This project was reviewed by the Planning Commission at a workshop held October 22, <br /> 2014, and at a regular meeting held February 11, 2015. For a detailed description of the <br /> discussion at these meetings, please see the attached Planning Commission staff reports <br /> and minutes.
