4.Detalled Proposal �°jt � City of Pleasanton I Water and Wastewater Rate Study ��!! Task 9 - Written Reports Task Objective: Provide a written report to summarize the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the wastewater rate study. Task Approach: • Develop a combined water and wastewater draft report for review and comment by the City. • Incorporate changes or comments into the final water and wastewater combined report. Expected City • Review and comment on the draft written report. Staff Support: Deliverables: • Draft and final reports. • Up to five bound copies of the combined water and wastewater final report to the City, along with an electronic (PDF) copy of the final report. At the conclusion of the analysis, HDR will develop a combined water and wastewater draft written report. The report is intended to summarize the activities undertaken as a part of both studies, along with our findings, conclusions, and recommendations. HDR will include a technical appendix of the analyses undertaken by HDR. HDR will provide an electronic copy of the draft report to the City for its review and comments. Comments, suggestions, or corrections from the City concerning the draft report will be incorporated into the final report. HDR will provide up to five bound copies and an electronic version in PDF of the final report. Task 10 - Computer Models Task Objective: Provide a copy of rate models developed as a part of this study. Task Approach: Develop water and wastewater rate models in Microsoft Excel. Expected City Review with HDR the development of the rate models. Staff Support: Deliverables: A copy of the computer spreadsheet model used to develop the City's studies. HDR will also provide the City with the computer spreadsheet model developed in Microsoft Excel for each utility. During the development of the model, HDR will work with City staff so that staff is familiar with the model. In this way staff can use the model for future rate scenarios and impacts. • 15007 4-15
