Commissioner Lambert felt this project was long overdue and agree with comments from other <br /> Commissioners, but feels the project should move forward. <br /> Chairperson Kinzer supports reconsidering the fence height and the water lick and questioned <br /> whether these items should be added to any motion to approve the final conceptual plan.
