Location and Notification Map <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Chiung Wang for Young Ivy Academy is requesting to modify an existing Conditional Use <br /> Permit (CUP) to convert a previously approved tutoring facility with a maximum of 30 students <br /> into a Heritage School with a maximum of 30 students and to construct a new outdoor <br /> playground area within the Oak Hills Shopping Center at 5460 Sunol Boulevard, Suites 3 and <br /> 4. The subject site is zoned C-N District.
