There shall be no direct roof leaders connected to the street <br /> gutter/parking lot or storm drain system, unless otherwise approved by <br /> the City engineer. <br /> B. The Construction General Permit's requirements include, but are not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> a. The project developer shall obtain a construction general permit (NOI) <br /> from the Regional Water Quality Control Board to discharge <br /> stormwater, and to develop and implement stormwater pollution <br /> prevention plans. <br /> b. The project developer shall submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> Plan (SWPPP) to the City Engineer/Chief Building Official for review <br /> and approval prior to the issuance of a grading or building permit, <br /> whichever is sooner. A copy of the approved SWPPP, including all <br /> approved amendments, shall be available at the project site for City <br /> review until all engineering and building work is complete and City <br /> permits have been finaled. A site specific SWPPP must be combined <br /> with proper and timely installation of the Best Management Practices <br /> (BMPs), thorough and frequent inspections, maintenance, and <br /> documentations. SWPPP for projects shall be kept up to date with the <br /> projects' progress. Failure to comply with the most updated <br /> construction SWPPP may result in the issuance of correction notices, <br /> PUD-100 Chick-fil-A <br /> Conditions of Approval (Planning Commission) Page 19 <br />
