under the laws of the State of California and the Territories of Arizona and New <br /> Mexico, by deed recorded November 1, 1906, in Book 1231 of Deeds at page 279 <br /> (L 35469) , thence southeasterly along last said northeasterly right-of-way line to <br /> an intersection thereof with the general northerly right-of-way line of State <br /> Highway 04 ALA 580 (formerly State Highway IV ALA 5-B), last said right-of-way line <br /> also being the southerly line of the 3636.1222 acre parcel of land described in the <br /> aforesaid Amended Judgment, Civil No. 22352R, a portion of said right-of-way line <br /> also being delineated on that certain map entitled, "RIGHT-OF-WAY RECORD MAP", <br /> page R60.10, said map being a part of that certain document entitled, "EASEMENT <br /> FOR ROAD OR STREET" between THE SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE and the STATE OF CALI- <br /> FORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, a copy of which was <br /> recorded January 26, 1955, in Book 7549 of Official Records at page 201 (AK 8984), <br /> Records of Alameda County, California; thence easterly along said general northerly <br /> right-of-way line to the most westerly point of cusp of that certain parcel of land <br /> designated "Parcel 2" and delineated in the aforesaid "EASEMENT FOR ROAD OR STREET"; <br /> thence leaving said point of cusp and said general northerly right-of-way line <br /> southerly in a direct line to the easterly terminus of that certain course desig- <br /> nated "N.88° 04' 26" W., 711.21 feet" in the description of that certain parcel of <br /> land designated "Parcel No. 11 - First" in that certain FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION, <br /> Civil No. 226509, IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, IN AND FOR THE <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, entitled, "THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and <br /> through the Department of Public Works, Plaintiff vs. OLIVER 0.
