Initial Study and Negative Declaration <br />incorporate bicycle racks for employees and customers. Existing and <br />proposed public sidewalks along Hopyard Road and Owens Drive would <br />provide access to the site. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant <br />pedestrian pathways will be required to be shown on construction plans prior <br />to issuance of permits. Additional private walkways would traverse <br />throughout the project site and nearby commercial sites in the business park. <br />Therefore, this would be no- impact. <br />5.17.
