The <br />proposed parking lot lights are consistent with the existing parking lot lights in <br />the adjoining commercial area. Additionally, final design and location of the <br />lighting would be subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br />Development prior to issuance of a building permit. Therefore, this would be a <br />less- than - significant impact. <br />5.2. AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY RESOURCES <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SETTING <br />The project site is located in an urbanized area. The site currently comprises <br />vacant land and a parking lot. It is not currently being used for farmland, <br />agricultural production, or forestry.
