Signage <br />The comprehensive sign program for the proposed development includes three building - <br />mounted, internally - illuminated channel letter signs, two directional signs for the drive through, <br />and three pedestrian signs. The pedestrian signs would be placed at the drive - through exits <br />and the walkway alerting motorists of the pedestrian crossing. The building- mounted signs <br />would be installed on the building's north, west, and south elevations. The building- mounted <br />signs would have a maximum height of four feet on the north and south elevations and five feet <br />on the west elevation. No building sign is proposed on the east elevation facing Hopyard Road. <br />The proposed directional signs would be double -sided signs, approximately three feet in height. <br />Figure 10 bellow shows the proposed building- mounted sign on the north elevation. <br />Figure 10: Proposed Sign on the North Side of the Building <br />A non - illuminated City entrance sign is proposed at the northeast corner of the site facing <br />Hopyard Road. The entrance sign would indicate "Pleasanton," and the letters would be 3 -inch <br />deep aluminum channel letters, pinned to the wall.
