Deliverables: <br /> Task 1: <br /> • Memorandum summarizing document review and mark-up of existing Document(s)for consistency and <br /> conformity. <br /> • Recommendations for integration of City of Pleasanton TOD DGL with overall Hacienda Document <br /> Task 2: <br /> • Draft Document for City Staff and Hacienda Rep. review <br /> • Public Review Draft <br /> • PC and CC Hearings <br /> • Final Document <br /> Task 3: <br /> • This scope will be determined at the request of the City. <br /> 3. Schedule: <br /> Tasks 1 & 2 will be completed between November 2014 and February 2015 on a timetable determined by the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> 4. Compensation: <br /> The following fee proposal is based on the hour rates of key personnel in the office who are anticipated to <br /> assist on this project. The proposal is an estimate of anticipated hours for each task. The total hours <br /> completed will be included on each invoice allowing monitoring of the hours spent each month. If additional <br /> time is required during the process VMWP will provide an addendum to this agreement for authorization of <br /> additional services prior to commencing with those services. <br /> Task 1:Review and Structure Integration and Modifications to Documents <br /> Partner(Rick Williams): $185/hr x 12 = $ 2,220 <br /> P/M -U/D (Chris Sensenig): $125/hr. x 16 = $ 2,000 <br /> UD Designer/Graphics $105/hr. x 24 = $ 2,520 <br /> Estimated Total $ 6,740 <br /> Task 2:Revise Document(s), Draft, Hearings and Final Document <br /> Partner (Rick Williams): $185/hr x 40 = $ 7,400 <br /> P/M -U/D (Chris Sensenig): $125/hr. x 80 = $ 10,000 <br /> UD Designer/Graphics $105/hr. x 180 = $ 18,900 <br /> Estimated Total $36,300 <br /> Sub Total (Tasks 1 and 2) $43,040 <br /> Contingency: for Graphic/Renderings or other unforeseen task revisions $ 5,000 <br /> Reimbursables: $ 1,000 <br />
