Jenny Soo
From: Sharon Piekarski
Sent: Sunday, August 24, 2014 8:41 PM
To: Jenny Soo
Subject: Roesbery Valero station proposal
Hi Jenny,
I tried to access the staff report but am getting an error message so I don't know if this issue has been addressed.
I live near the current Valero station and addressed the Planning Commission the last time this issue was raised
expressing concern about traffic impacts. At that time some Commissioners seemed feel that the 7-Eleven would improve
the attractiveness of this corner but I have a question. Mr. Roesbery wants to replace the current building with a 7-Eleven
store which will have a red, green and orange themed decor. He also has stated in meetings that he has another 12 year
commitment to have Valero gas. Will we end up with the store being red, green and orange and the pumps and cover
over the pumps in teal and yellow?
I have concerns about the visual impact if the two parts of the property are different colors.
Sharon Piekarski
3506 Churchill Ct.
Click here to report this email as spam.
t
