The proposed project would not exceed projected wastewater treatment requirements. The carwash operation would recycle water used for the carwash. The proposed development would not trigger a modification to the existing on-site storm water system or a requirement to construct new off- site stormwater drainage facilities. Construction of the proposed project would generate construction waste; however, at least 75 percent of the total job site construction waste (measured by weight or volume) would be required to be recycled. The remaining construction waste would not result in a substantial reduction in the capacity of a landfill. Therefore, these would be less than significant impacts. 5.18.
