Consultant — a person who contracts with the City to provide work that falls into one of the following <br /> categories. The Disclosure Category for consultant is dependent upon the type of work being performed. <br /> 1. Work of the type and/or nature that could or would be performed by a designated employee identified <br /> in the City of Pleasanton Conflict of Interest Code. The City Manager or their designee may find that a <br /> person need not fully comply with the disclosure requirements upon a written determination that the work <br /> and duties contracted are limited in scope and full compliance is unnecessary. The written determination <br /> shall identify what level of disclosure, if any, is required. <br /> 2. Work that involved making or participating in making decision which may have a foreseeable material <br /> effect on a financial interest subject to the reporting requirement of the Political Report Act <br /> • <br /> 13 <br />
