construction on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer at full expense to project developer. This shall include slurry seal, <br />overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />115. Unless otherwise approved or required by the Director of Community <br />Development, project sidewalks shall be 5 -feet wide and separated from the <br />roadway by landscaping. <br />116. Applicant shall maintain landscaping at all project entrance /exits to 30 inches or <br />lower or greater than 5 feet in height in order to maintain sight distance This <br />includes the Landscaping installed in planter strip to provide a clear visual path to <br />oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. This restricts plantings to 30 inches in <br />height or above 5 feet in height (tree canopy). <br />117. All truck deliveries, loading, and unloading shall take place on the subject <br />property (and not on any public streets). Said delivery, loading /unloading areas <br />must be shown on the plan check plans submitted to the Building and Safety <br />Division. <br />118. Plan check plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall include a <br />plan showing the truck turning path through the project site for the car - carrier <br />delivery trucks, subject to the review and approval by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />119. If the subject Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project is constructed prior to the CarMax <br />Auto Superstores project, then the Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project applicant shall <br />provide stop signs at the northern "end" of the entry drive. Plan check plans <br />submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall show a stop sign provided in <br />the median and on the right -hand side of the roadway; final locations are subject <br />to the review and approval by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />120. If the subject Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project is constructed prior to the CarMax <br />Auto Superstores project, then the Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project applicant shall <br />provide an overhead illuminated street name sign at the traffic signal at the <br />project driveway entry on the east leg of the intersection. Said sign shall meet <br />specifications required by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />121. If the subject Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project is constructed prior to the CarMax <br />Auto Superstores project, then the Chrysler- Jeep -Dodge project applicant shall <br />stripe a crosswalk on the north leg of the signalized intersection of Stoneridge <br />Drive at the project driveway to facilitate pedestrian crossing, prior to occupancy. <br />Said crosswalk shall meet specifications required by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />122. The project applicant shall repair any damage to the green bike lane crossing the <br />entry drive at Stoneridge Drive due to project - related vehicular traffic during <br />construction, as determined by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />PUD -106, Chrylser- Jeep -Dodge Page 24 <br />
