cash deposit or a surety bond equal to 125% of the cost of the deferred <br />construction, as determined by the City Engineer. <br />Urban Stormwater <br />108. The applicant shall utilize source control requirements as they apply to the <br />operations of this project for auto service operations. All service operations <br />involving fluid changes must occur indoors; all fluids shall be disposed of in an <br />appropriate manner and shall not be placed in the storm drain or sanitary sewer <br />but shall drain to a sump. Applicant must refer to Source control requirements, <br />available at www.cleanwaterproqram.orq for all other applicable source control <br />requirements. <br />109. The developer or applicant shall install trash capture devices within the project's <br />storm drain inlets or storm drain piping to capture trash within the development. <br />These devices shall trap particles of 5mm or greater and have treatment capacity <br />not less than the peak storm from a "one year, one hour" event within the <br />drainage area. The developer's or applicant's engineer shall submit calculations <br />and product submittals to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to the <br />issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner. <br />Traffic Division <br />110. Car - carrier delivery trucks shall access the site through the intersection of 1 -580 <br />at El Charro Road southbound to Stoneridge Drive. The property owner and /or <br />business operator shall inform each delivery company or party delivering to the <br />site that its drivers are not to use Stoneridge Drive west of the project entry drive <br />when accessing or leaving the subject site. <br />111. The applicant or responsible party shall pay any traffic impact fees for the subject <br />use as determined by the City Traffic Engineer. This fee shall be paid prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />112. Comprehensive traffic control measures shall be implemented during <br />construction, including scheduling of major truck trips and deliveries, to avoid <br />peak travel hours. If necessary, as determined by the Traffic Engineer, proper <br />lane closure procedures such as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other <br />warning devices shall be implemented during construction. <br />113. The haul route for all materials to and from the project shall be approved by the <br />City Traffic Engineer prior to the issuance of a permit, and shall include the <br />provision to monitor the street surfaces used for the haul route so that any <br />damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is identified and corrected at <br />the expense of the project applicant or developer. <br />114. The encroachment permit for work in public right of way shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of any permit by City Building Division or <br />Engineering Division.
