We will provide <br /> copies of the draft report to City staff and PGS for their review and comment. We will <br /> review the draft report with City staff and resolve any remaining outstanding issues. We <br /> also will participate in meetings involving the City and PGS, as needed, to discuss the <br /> report contents and receive feedback/comments from PGS on the draft report. <br /> We will incorporate comments received from City staff and PGS into a final report. <br /> We will provide the City with a final report with recommendations. We will provide the <br /> City with a sufficient number of copies to distribute to City staff, PGS, and the City <br /> Council Members. <br /> 7. Participate in City Council Preparation and Meeting <br /> In this task, we will review City staff generated materials that will be presented to <br /> PGS, the City Council Waste Management Subcommittee, and the City Council. We <br /> also have budgeted to attend one (1) City Council meeting. We will answer questions <br /> the City Council has on the rate review. We will assist the City to obtain additional <br /> follow-up data and information, should the City Council suggest additional requirements. <br /> C. Project Schedule and Costs <br /> In order to complete the project within the proposed timeframe, we assume that PGS <br /> will submit all information necessary to complete our review and the PGS will respond to <br /> our requests for information, interviews, and deliverable reviews in a timely manner. <br /> We assume a September 1, 2014 start date. We expect that the rate review will be <br /> completed over the course of a three month period following contract execution so that <br /> a rate change, if required could be implemented January 1, 2015. <br /> We will conduct this engagement for a not-to-exceed fixed price of$34,700. This <br /> corresponds to 239 consulting hours. Our fees reflect expenses for administration, word <br /> processing, and production. Our hourly rates are $180, $165, $145, and $110 for <br /> Director, Senior Manager, Manager/Senior Consultant, and Consultant level personnel, <br /> respectively. Our costs include all professional fees and expenses. Crowe will bill the <br /> City monthly in arrears for our services. <br /> We look forward to the opportunity to assist the City with this rate review.
