Attend Meeting as Requested by the City <br /> In this task, as directed by City staff, we will attend meetings with the City, PGS <br /> representatives, and the City Council Waste Management Subcommittee, to present <br /> results of our financial review and related work. For these meetings, we will prepare for <br /> the meeting, develop an agenda, provide handouts, and lead the discussion. We have <br /> budgeted for four (4) such meetings. <br /> 4. Review the Current Rate Structures for Consistency with Services Delivered <br /> In this task, we will review the City's current rate structure, and provide the City with <br /> recommendations for potential changes to the rate structure that the City could make to <br /> more accurately reflect the services delivered. This task would include assessing <br /> residential, commercial, and transfer station rate structures. <br /> 5. Survey Rates in Similar Service Areas <br /> In this task, we will conduct a survey of rates in similar service areas to the City. <br /> Based on previous surveys conducted by the City, areas surveyed likely will include the <br /> following fifteen (15)jurisdictions: <br /> Castro Valley Sanitary District <br /> City of Alameda <br /> City of Albany <br /> City of Berkeley <br /> City of Emeryville <br /> City of Fremont <br /> City of Dublin <br /> City of Hayward <br /> City of Livermore <br /> City of Newark <br /> City of Oakland <br /> City of Piedmont <br /> City of San Leandro <br /> City of Union City <br /> • .
