City of Pleasanton <br /> Phase IA Recycled Water Distribution System Design Final Draft <br /> Task 9B Deliverables: <br /> • Up to two draft and final plat and legal descriptions for one permanent and one temporary <br /> construction easement for the trenchless crossing of the Arroyo Mocho (.pdf file and one <br /> hardcopy) <br /> • Draft and final Geotechnical Investigation for Trenchless Crossing report as .pdf file via <br /> email <br /> • Trenchless plan and profile drawings, details and specifications consistent with the format <br /> described and as necessary for the subtasks under Task 5. <br /> PROJECT BUDGET <br /> The Project estimated level of effort and budget is included as Exhibit A. This estimate is based on a <br /> number of assumptions as described in the scope of work. After completion of the Design Report, the <br /> estimated level of effort and budget will be reviewed to ensure consistency with the project recommended <br /> for detailed design. If the project has changed substantially from the assumptions, adjustments to the <br /> budget may be required, subject to approval by the City. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The consultant shall perform work on the Project in accordance with the Project schedule included as <br /> Exhibit B. <br /> The City review period for major submittals is assumed to be two weeks long to accommodate the <br /> proposed schedule. A submittal review meeting will be held with the City to review the design submittal <br /> and discuss comments. The intent of the design report is to finalize major design concepts such as <br /> horizontal alignment, and design criteria(such as design flow rate, pipeline size, and pressure).
