"You are hereby advised that this property is surrounded by land <br /> zoned and/or used for the day and night-time activity relating to <br /> livestock grazing and the keeping of livestock. Some of the impacts <br /> associated with this use include, but are not limited to, noise, odor, <br /> dust, chemicals, refuse, waste, unsightliness, use of agricultural <br /> equipment, and traffic. The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report <br /> prepared by Hort Science, Inc., dated November, 2005. No tree trimming or <br /> pruning other than that specified in the tree report shall occur. The project <br /> developer shall arrange for the horticultural consultant to conduct a field <br /> inspection prior to issuance of grading permits to ensure that all <br /> recommendations have been properly implemented. The consultant shall certify <br /> in writing that such recommendations have been followed. <br /> 56.
