The values <br /> shown in this document reflect the fee rates in effect at the time of publication and are subject to <br /> change without notification. The values shown in this document are for informational <br /> purposes only. Please contact the Building Division for fee estimates. <br /> Building Permit and Plan Review Fees are assessed some combination of items 1 through 8 <br /> below, as applicable to the actual scope of work being performed. The Other Permit Types are <br /> typically stand-alone permits for specialized work being performed in conjunction with a Building <br /> Permit. Development Fees are only applicable to newly constructed buildings, additions or a <br /> change of use in an existing building. <br /> Plan Review fees are due at time of application submittal; Building Permit and Development <br /> Fees are due at the time of permit issuance. Project valuation is the basis of all building permit <br /> and plan review fees. Alterations, Remodels and Tenant Improvements use the contract price for <br /> the work as the valuation; new project valuation is determined from our valuation table. See a <br /> partial table below for a sample of some common project types.
