SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 1.Extended Monitoring of Riparian Trees in Years 7(2015),9(2017)and 10(2018) <br /> As stipulated in conditions 15, 16 and 27 of the RWQCB 401 water quality certification for the <br /> Bernal Bridge project,Mosaic will monitor and report upon the performance of riparian trees at the <br /> Arroyo del Valle and Mission Creek mitigation sites in years 7,9 and 10,and shall prepare a <br /> comprehensive final report in year 10 that includes summaries of the monitoring data and <br /> representative photos.Up to two site visits will be conducted annually in years 7,9 and 10.We have <br /> assumed that the City will continue to provide routine maintenance of the mitigation sites,including <br /> weeding,plant replacement,maintenance of the irrigation systems or other items that may be <br /> identified in Mosaic monitoring memos.We have also included a two site visits in 2019;one to <br /> review maintenance recommendations with City staff and the other for a final site inspection with <br /> RWQCB staff following submittal of the year 10 report. <br /> Task 2.Long-term Maintenance Manual <br /> We will prepare a long-term maintenance manual for the Mission Creek wetland and riparian <br /> mitigation area with guidance on vegetation management,weeding and pest management,debris <br /> removal,and maintenance of inlet/outlet structures.This manual will also describe prohibited <br /> activities,and pertinent conditions from the permits issued by the resource agencies. While the <br /> maintenance manual and documentation of the conservation easement/deed restriction is to be <br /> submitted to the agencies along with the five-year report at the end of 2013,we will note that it is in <br /> process and will be submitted to the agencies upon approval by the City in early 2014. <br /> TOTAL $16,135 <br /> City of Pleasanton/proposal extended monitoring&LTP 3 <br />
