ATTACHMENT 2
RECORDING REQUESTED BY:
CITY OF PLEASANTON
When Recorded, Return to:
Office of the City Clerk
City of Pleasanton
P.O. Box 520
Pleasanton, CA 94566
Recording requested Pursuant to
Government Code Sections
27383&6103
PREANNEXATION AND PROVISION OF WATER AND SEWERAGE
FACILITIES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , 2014 between the City of
Pleasanton, a municipal corporation (City) and Thomas and Alejandra Hall (Owners).
RECITALS
A. Owners are the owners of certain real property located at 6723 Alisal Street
(APN 949-0007-009-22), County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly
described in Exhibit A (Property) attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
This Property is improved with a single-family residence (Improvements).
B. Owners wish to connect the Improvements on the Property to the City's sewer
system in order to eliminate the reliance on a septic tank and leach field system.
C. Owners wish to connect the Improvements on the Property to the City's water
system to use well water for irrigation purposes.
D. Generally, state and City policy require that property be annexed to the City
prior to extending City services such as water and sewer service.
E. Owners are willing to annex the Property either as part of a larger annexation
or as part of a smaller annexation involving properties and other property contiguous to
the City.
F. The public health, safety, and welfare of the City's residents are well served
by eliminating the need for water wells and septic tanks and by the Property connecting
to the City's water and sewer system.
