That the developer work with the developer of the Burger King property to insure that trees are planted throughout the planter on the north side of the Burger King property. 17. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning.equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. 19. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zoning district. 20.
