12. All exterior lighting including landscape lighting shall be directed downward and <br /> designed or shielded so as to not shine onto neighboring properties. The <br /> project/building developer shall submit a final lighting plan including photometrics and <br /> drawings and/or manufacturer's specification sheets showing the size and types of light <br /> fixtures. The lighting plan shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 13.. Energy efficient lighting shall be installed for the apartment buildings. The exact location of the 60-inch storm water system near proposed Building 13 shall <br /> be determined in field by the project designer. <br /> 21. Where necessary, the location of the existing utilities shall be determined by pot-holing <br /> prior to finalizing project design. <br /> 22. The licensed Civil Engineer shall provide storm water calculations including overland <br /> release in reference to relocation of storm water at proposed Building 13.
