AECOM will incorporate and respond to one consolidated set of City
comments on the administrative draft IS/MND and submit a pre-publication draft IS/MND to the
City in electronic format.
Public Draft IS/MND
AECOM will incorporate one round of consolidated City comments on the pre-publication draft
IS/MND and submit the Public Draft Initial Study and Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated
Negative Declaration to the City for distribution for a 30-day public comment period. AECOM
will file 15 copies of the document and a Notice of Completion (NOC)with the State
Clearinghouse. Response to Public Comments and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program
Upon completion of the public review process for the IS/proposed MND, and after discussing
with the City any comments received on the environmental analysis, AECOM will prepare a
draft response to comments memorandum and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program
(RTC/MMRP) for City review. The RTC/MMRP will include responses to public comments
received on the public IS/proposed MND and the mitigation measures included in the
IS/proposed MND.
