Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2096 approving the PUD Development Plan <br /> to subdivide an approximately 37.4-acre site located at 88 Silver Oaks Court into three single- <br /> . subdivide <br /> residential lots: two lots measuring approximately 1.2 acres and 1.9 acres for custom <br /> homes; and one lot measuring approximately 34.3 acres for the existing dwelling and accessory <br /> structures, as filed under Case No. PUD-84 <br /> 8. Accepted public improvements performed by S R P Company for the Bi-Annual Erosion Control <br /> and Storm Repairs - Sycamore Tank project, CIP No. 118015; authorized the City Clerk to file a <br /> Notice of Completion, the payment of retention in the amount of$3,296.99 and the transfer of the <br /> project balance, $16,282 to the Storm Drain Capital Improvemet Fund <br /> 9. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 14-674 authorizing submittal of an application <br /> for FY15 Transportation Development.Act (TDA) Article 4.5 funds and Alameda County Measure <br /> B funds for the Pleasanton Paratransit Service <br /> 11. Approved the City of Pleasanton's Human Services Needs Assessment: Strategic Plan <br /> Councilmember Brown acknowledged how hard the Commission worked on deciding how to direct <br /> funds and said she hoped that dental care, which was called out as a particular need, could be <br /> appropriately reflecting in any funding that comes forward. <br /> Finance <br /> 12. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for March 2014 <br /> Operations Services <br /> 13. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute second amendment to the agreement with <br /> Acco Engineering Systems Inc. for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $125,000 for the <br /> maintenance and repair services for City heating and air conditioning systems <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Brown/Narum, to approve the Consent Calendar.
