62. The applicant shall submit a.revised landscape and irrigation plan with the-building.permit.plan <br /> . <br /> set to the Planning Division for review and approval before installation. Said landscape plan <br /> shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. Plant species <br /> shall be_of drought tolerant_nature.with an_irrigation:system:that.maximizes-water-conservation. <br /> (e.o. drib system).. The applicant shall install a miriinn m of 175 new trees on-site, of which <br /> 40% (70 trees) shall be a minimum of 24 to 36-inch box size and 60% (105 trees) shall be a <br /> minimum of 15-gallon size. Minor changes to the landscape plan may be allowed subiect to <br /> the approval of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 63.. The applicant shall comply with the State of California's Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance and Bay Friendly Basics. A licensed landscape architect-shall verify_ the <br /> comp liance with the ordinance prior to the issuance of a building permit, and then prior to the <br /> final inspection conducted by the Planning Division. The verifications shall be provided to the <br /> Planning Division. <br />
