49. That the private roadway be paved and provide a driving surface <br /> of not less than 20 ft. of unobstructed width capable of support- <br /> ing the imposed loads of fire apparatus and having a minimum of <br /> 13 ft. 6 in. of vertical clearance. <br /> <br />50. The private roadway shall also be provided with turn-arounds as <br /> shown on Development Plan of January, 1979. <br /> <br />51o That the turn-arounds mentioned in ~50 shall not be obstructed <br /> in any manner including parking of vehicles. <br /> <br />52° That there shall be automobile turn-arounds on lots 20 and 25-28. <br /> <br />53. That a soils engineer acceptable to the City Engineer shall be <br /> provided the opportunity to review the grading and improvement <br /> plans for the development. When these plans are found to be in <br /> accordance with his recommendations he shall submit a written <br /> statement to the City to that effect. <br /> <br />54. The soils engineer acceptable to'the City Council shall be present <br /> during grading, lanslide repair and sub-drain placement; following <br /> rough grading work, he shall provide a grading report including a <br /> complete record of all field and laboratory tests with location <br /> and elevation of all tests. <br /> <br />55. The soils engineer acceptable to the City Engineer shall inspect <br /> the final grading and drainage control for each dwelling and provide <br /> a statement indicating that final conditions are in accordance with <br /> his recommendations prior to release for occupancy of said dwelling. <br /> <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
