ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> This project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to California <br /> Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Section 15332(b), In-Fill Development Projects, <br /> Class 32. Therefore, no environmental document accompanies this report. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The subject application will allow the expansion of the existing Lexus of Pleasanton <br /> dealership. The operation will be expanded to allow for additional service bays and <br /> inventory vehicles on the subject site. Staff finds that the project proposal will result in a <br /> better facility for residents of the Tri-Valley region and the greater San Francisco Bay <br /> Area. The design, colors, and materials of the proposed project are very attractive and <br /> well-suited for the use.
