Public Hearing: P14-0001, City of Pleasanton — Introduced and waived first reading of <br /> Ordinance No 2094 amending Title 17 and Title 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br /> implement the Climate Action Plan by requiring dedicated parking spaces for alternative vehicles <br /> and by providing a transit incentive <br /> 7. Public Hearing: P14-0002, City of Pleasanton — Introduced and waived first reading of <br /> Ordinance No. 2095 amending Title 19 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to implement the <br /> Climate Action Plan by requiring that new cul-de-sac streets enable through-access for <br /> pedestrians and bicyclists where feasible <br /> 8. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract to VSS International, Inc. in the amount of $226,452 for the <br /> Annual Slurry Sealing of Various Streets project, CIP No. 135004; and:authroized the Director of <br /> Community Development to approve and execute change orders not to exceed $23,090 <br /> 11. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract to Sanact, Inc. dba Roto-Rooter in the amount of$42,000 for the <br /> Stoneridge Mall Sewer Bypass project, CIP No. 102018; and authroized the Director of <br /> Community Development to approve and execute change orders not to exceed $4,200 <br /> 12. Pulled from the agenda and continued to May 6 - Approve plans and specifications, review <br /> bids, and award construction contract to Prism Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $1,423,684.30 <br /> for the Bernal Avenue at 1-680 Improvement project; approve the Fifth Amendment to the <br /> professional services agreement with BKF Engineers in the amount of $162,200 for additional <br /> design services for the Bernal Avenue at 1-680 Improvement project, CIP No. 005068, and <br /> authorization to enter into a reimbursement agreeement with GHC Bernal Investors <br /> Finance <br /> 13.
