Some of the highlights for FY 2012-13 include: <br /> • 10,790 vehicle trips completed <br /> • 40,858 revenue vehicle miles traveled <br /> • 4,098 revenue vehicle hours accomplished <br /> • 3,725 lift-assisted trips completed <br /> • 98%rating for on-time service <br /> • 60%of all riders were 80+plus years of age <br /> The City of Pleasanton hired Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP to complete <br /> an audit of the Pleasanton Paratransit Services for FY 2012-13. This audit found <br /> no problems with the financial management of the service. <br /> 4. Description of Capital Program <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 5. Significant Budget Provisions <br /> None <br /> 6. Service Contracts <br /> There are no contract employees. <br /> 7. Applicant's Financial and Management Information Data <br /> Punch card sales and redemption procedures are as follows: <br /> Pleasanton residents are sold a punch card valued at $30.00 for use as needed. <br /> Residents from Sunol and the unincorporated areas of Pleasanton pay $35.00 for <br /> their punch card. Drivers punch the client's card according to the destination. <br /> A daily record of the punch card sales is recorded at the Pleasanton Senior Center <br /> front desk. The number of completed rides is kept daily through Novus, a <br /> scheduling and records management software. A monthly report is produced, <br /> which includes the total number of passengers transported, in-service mileage and <br />
