91. The relocation of Water Line Easements (WLE), Maintenance Access <br /> Easements (MAE), Sanitary Sewer Easements (SSE) and Public Service <br /> Easements (PSE) are approved as shown on Exhibit B. Proposed changes to <br /> the alignments shall be subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 92. The licensed Civil Engineer shall provide storm water calculations for extension <br /> of storm water for use of remainder of Parcel 1 on east side between CarMax <br /> and El Charro Road. These calculations are subject to review and approval of the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 93. The proposed numbers of connections to sanitary sewer main shall be minimized <br /> for sampling incoming sewer. <br /> 94. The proposed fire service shall have Double Check Detector Check valve <br /> installed within PSE as per City Standard Detail. <br /> 95. The proposed domestic water meter and irrigation meter shall have Reduced <br /> Pressure Backflow Device installed within PSE as per City Standard Detail. <br /> 96. The sliding EVAE gate shall have locking arrangement acceptable to City Fire <br /> Department and the City Operation Service Center. <br /> 97. The licensed Civil Engineer shall provide pavement design calculations for all <br /> EVAE, WLE, MAE, SSE areas. It should be capable of all-weather access for <br /> Fire Truck Loading and Maintenance Vehicle Loading whichever is greater. <br /> 98. Any damage to existing street improvements attributable to construction of the <br /> project on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer at full expense to the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, <br /> overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> "Existing street improvements" means street conditions at the time construction <br /> of the project commences. <br /> 99. This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water and/or sewer <br /> capacity to serve the project; such determinations are separately made by the <br /> Operations Services Department of the City. <br /> Urban Stormwater <br /> 100. The developer or applicant shall install trash capture devices within the project's <br /> storm drain inlets or storm drain piping to capture trash within the development. <br /> These devices shall trap particles of 5mm or greater and have treatment capacity <br /> not less than the peak storm from a "one year, one hour" event within the <br /> drainage area. The developer's or applicant's engineer shall submit calculations <br /> and product submittals to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to the <br /> issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner. <br /> PUD-98, CarMax Auto Superstores Page 20 <br />
