Section 1. It approves Case PUD-98, the application of CarMax Auto <br /> Superstores for Planned Unit Development plan to construct an automobile dealership <br /> consisting of an approximately 11,783 square foot sales and presentation building, an <br /> approximately 45,000 square foot service building, an approximately 3,930 square foot <br /> quality control building and non-public car wash, vehicle sales display area, and related <br /> site improvements on approximately 19.66 acres of the Auto Mall site at Staples Ranch, <br /> subject to the conditions as shown in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and made part of this <br /> ordinance by this reference. <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within 15 <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for 15 <br /> days in the City Clerk's Office within 15 days after its adoption. <br /> Section 3.
