CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 914 AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 32-ACRE SITE LOCATED BETWEEN PLEASANTON SCHOOL UPPER PLAYFIELD AND MIRADOR DRIVE, IMMEDIATELY SOUTHERLY OF THE RESIDENCES BORDERING ANGELA STREET, FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #197) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 32 acres of land located between Pleasanton School Upper Playfield and Mirador Drive, immedi- ately southerly of the residences bordering Angela Street, from the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, and for development plan approval for a 79 lot, single-family residential subdivision, subject to conditions on Exhibit A, attached~hereto and incorporated herein by reference~ The area rezoned is more particularly described on Zoning Unit Map No. 197, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 197, attached hereto as Exhibit B, dated November 2, 1979. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on October 23, 1979.
