These changes update code references with current practices and State <br /> law, as well as correct errors. The related resolution updates the Master Fee Schedule <br /> regarding failure to display disabled parking placard. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Introduce attached ordinance and adopt attached resolution. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> No financial impact. An omnibus ordinance saves resources by consolidating multiple <br /> minor and noncontroversial municipal code changes into one action. The amendment <br /> to the Master Fee Schedule provides for a fine for failure to display a disabled parking <br /> placard at an amount allowed by State law. <br />
