Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br /> muffling devices. <br /> 69. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle <br /> be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All <br /> such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each work <br /> day. <br /> 70. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> 71. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, <br /> or other on-site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the <br /> City immediately notified. The county coroner and the Native <br /> American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and <br /> procedures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on <br /> the improvement plans. <br /> 72. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as <br /> possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular <br /> basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> 73. Except as otherwise specifically addressed in these conditions, the <br /> construction stage mitigation measures included in Section IV.F. of the <br /> Specific Plan(pp 48-56) shall be incorporated herein and shall be followed <br /> as the project develops. <br /> Polk*Department Requirements <br /> 74. The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity <br /> of signal to and from the area for City emergency services <br /> communications including, but not limited to, City eight-hundred <br /> megahertz (800 mgh) tninked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br /> Services radio, Alameda County eight-hundred megahertz (800 <br /> mgh) tanked radio, CLEMAR/ Police Dispatch, and the current <br /> police mobile data system, unless waived by the Police Department, <br /> City of Pleasanton. Expert opinions may be required in anticipation <br /> of communications difficulties inside or around large structures. If <br /> less than acceptable communications are found or are projected, the <br /> project developer shall submit a mitigation program to the <br /> satisfaction of the Police Department prior to approval of the final <br /> Conditions of Approval,PUD-5,Centex Homes'Apperson Ridge June 5.2001 <br /> Page 23 <br />
