Also we are <br />herewith enclosing a letter from Close Building Supply <br />which is self-explanatory. <br />We recommend that the work performed under the <br />contract be acoepted by formal resolution of your <br />Honorable Board. Final payment should not be made <br />until the expiration of 35 days after date of final <br />acceptance. We also recommend that the seal coat be <br />omitted at this time and that the contractor's offer <br />of a credit allowance be accepted.
