Please be advised that in the event <br />our offer is accepted, it shall not be construed to <br />alter in any way the proaisions of Paragraph 23 oP <br />Section 5 of the specifications for the above named <br />contract. Said paragraph provides as follows: <br />"The Contractor shall be held responsible for and <br />must make good any defects, because of faulty, improper, <br />or inferior workmanship or materials, arising or dis- <br />covered in any part of his work within one (1) year <br />after the completion and acceptance of the same.
