Section 2. The following sections of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton are hereby deleted: <br /> <br /> (1) ~ 4-5.46 (Penalties) of Article 5, Chapter.3 (Animal <br /> Control) of Title IV. <br /> <br /> (2)~ 4-8.05 (Violation - Penalty) of Chapter 6 (Drinking <br /> in Public) of Title IV. <br /> <br /> (3) ~ 5-1.64 (Penalties) of Article 10 (Horse Traffic), <br /> Chapter 2, of Title V. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />following passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4.
