CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 905 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE I, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1-1.15 (INFRACTIONS) BY DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL CODE SECTIONS TO BE PUNISHABLE AS INFRACTIONS RATHER THAN MISDEMEANORS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 1-1.15 (Infractions) of Chapter 1 (General Provisions), Title I (Administration), of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: ~ 1-1.15 Infractions. Notwithstanding Sec. 1-1.11, any person who violates a provision of this code designated herein shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable by (1) a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation; (2) a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second violation of the same ordinance within one year; (3) a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each additional violation of the same ordinance within one year.
