ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> ARTHUR HENRIQUES <br /> Senior Consultant <br /> Mr. Hen.riques is a professional planner and department head level <br /> manager with over 25 years experience in public service. As former <br /> Director of Planning and Building for San Benito County, Mr. <br /> EDUCATION <br /> Masters in Urban and Regional <br /> Henriques directed all aspects of the County's land use, Planning,California State <br /> development growth management, and resource protection University,San Jose <br /> BA,double"major in <br /> initiatives. In this capacity he was instrumental in an audit of Environmental <br /> departmental operations and implemented improvements to meet a Studies/Psychology itStudies and <br /> Community Studies, university <br /> number of key permit streamlining priorities set by the County's of California,Santa Cruz <br /> Chief Executive Officer and Board of Supervisors. Mr. Henriques <br /> supervised all department staff, but also managed several high- <br /> profile projects for the County.
