We have learned that Pleasanton has already zoned enough land for housing to
meet the requirements for RHNA until the year 2022.Therefore, the pressing need to select a development plan for the
east side of Pleasanton is urnecessary at this time. As of now the preferred plan would add more than 1700 homes to
our city that we don't need! We urge the Council to halt the EPSP proceedings and spend the savings on improvements
elsewhere in town. Residents of First, Second,Third and all other streets intersecting Neal Street, Kottinger, Angela and
Abbie Streets would be negatively impacted by the car trips from 1700 homes that would travel down the already
congested First St corridor. Please vote to halt the EPSP.
Brian and Christine Bourg
C
aY
1
