As no new housing sites are needed for the 2015-2023 Housing <br /> Element update, the planning effort for East Pleasanton would stop. The land <br /> south of Busch Road and north of Stanley Boulevard that is currently within the <br /> City of Pleasanton could be developed with industrial uses as allowed by the <br /> current zoning regulations, but no major infrastructure investments such as the <br /> extension of El Charro Road would be undertaken.
