ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> CONTRACT <br /> CALLIPPE PRESERVE GOLF COURSE RENOVATION <br /> PROJECT NO. CALLIPPE-2014-01 <br /> THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 4th day of March, 2014 by and between <br /> D.H.R. Construction Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 860 Green Island Road, American <br /> Canyon, CA 94503, and telephone number is (707) 552-6500 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> a municipal corporation ("City"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for Callippe Preserve <br /> Golf Course Renovation, PROJECT NO. CALLIPPE-2014-01 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties <br /> agree as follows: <br /> 1. Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of all Work specified in the <br /> Contract Documents and as shown in the following documents: <br /> A. Golf Course Renovation Plans, Specifications, and Documents by JMP <br /> Golf Design Group entitled the CALLIPPE PRESERVE GOLF <br /> COURSE RENOVATIONS, PROJECT NO. CALLIPPE-2014-01 and <br /> addenda thereto, if any. <br /> B. Contract Change Orders approved by the Director of Operations Services, <br /> done in accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br /> C. The elements of the proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor, <br /> which the City has accepted. <br /> 2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at the unit <br /> prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City as set forth in Exhibit A of this <br /> agreement and incorporated herein. The quantities of work stated therein are estimates <br /> only; actual quantities will be measured for payment in accordance with the <br /> specifications. <br />
