The PMC amendment would not result in development not previously planned or accounted for by school, park, police and fire service providers. The amendment would not result in new construction not previously planned or accounted for by the City and is not anticipated to significantly increase the number of Planning applications or development projects under review by the City of Pleasanton. The amendment is not antiicipated to create any new or additional impacts which have not already been studied in the Pleasanton General Plan, Housing Element or Downtown Specific Plan EIRs. Therefore, this would be of less than significant impact. 5.113 UTILITIES AND SERVICES SYSTEMS Environmental Setting No construction or demolition is proposed as part of the project.
