No physical changes, such as demolition, grading or construction, are proposed as <br /> part of the PMC amendment. No housing units will be lost or created as part of the <br /> amendment and, therefore, no replacement housing is necessary. The amendment is <br /> not anticipated to create any new or additional impacts which have not already been <br /> studied in the Pleasanton General Plan, Housing Element and Downtown Specific Plan <br /> EIRs. Therefore, these would be of no impact. <br /> 5.8 CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> Environmental Setting <br /> Downtown and Citywide there are known areas and structures of historical and/or cultural <br /> significance. However, no physical changes, such as demolition, destruction, relocation <br /> or alteration of any resource or its immediate surroundings are proposed as part of the <br /> PMC amendment. <br /> Standards of Significance <br /> For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the <br /> proposed project would: <br /> II Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical or <br /> archeological resource as defined in the CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.5; or, <br /> �• Directly or indirectly destroy a unique paleontological resource or site or unique <br /> geologic feature. <br /> Less Than <br /> Potentially Significant Less Than No <br /> Cultural Resources Significant with Significant Impact <br /> Would the project: Impact Mitigation Impact <br /> Incorporation <br /> a) Cause a substantial adverse <br /> change in the significance of a <br /> historical resource as defined in X <br /> 15064.5? <br /> b) Cause a substantial adverse <br /> change in the significance of an X <br /> archaeological resource pursuant to <br /> 15064.5? <br /> c) Directly or indirectly destroy a <br /> uniique paleontological resource or X <br /> site or unique geologic feature? <br /> 34 <br />
