ADDITIONAL STAFF RESOURCES The above list represents the staff which PMC anticipates will be required; however, it is possible that the need for additional staff may arise. PMC will obtain City approval prior to assigning additional staff types as necessary to complete the services required under this agreement. Compensation rates for additional staff types will be determined by PMC and will be consistent with the rates listed herein.Assignment of additional staff will not change the budget of this agreement, unless agreed upon by both parties with the execution of an amendment. The client may not during the term of the project, nor for a period of one year thereafter,solicit for employment, hire, or retain,whether as an employee or independent contractor,any person who is or has been employed by PMC. Should the client desire to hire PMC's employee, equitable compensation for the loss of such employee will be due to PMC by the client. PMC understands any work product created for and delivered to the client will become the property of the client. PMC reserves the right to use work we created (including images,concepts, or ideas) solely for the purpose of displaying samples of work to potential clients as an example of PMC's creative capability. 4-14 -x ;
