ADDITIONAL STAFF RESOURCES <br /> The above list represents the staff which PMC anticipates will be required; <br /> however, it is possible that the need for additional staff may arise. PMC will <br /> obtain City approval prior to assigning additional staff types as necessary to <br /> complete the services required under this agreement. Compensation rates <br /> for additional staff types will be determined by PMC and will be consistent <br /> with the rates listed herein.Assignment of additional staff will not change <br /> the budget of this agreement, unless agreed upon by both parties with the <br /> execution of an amendment. <br /> The client may not during the term of the project, nor for a period of one <br /> year thereafter,solicit for employment, hire, or retain,whether as an <br /> employee or independent contractor,any person who is or has been <br /> employed by PMC. Should the client desire to hire PMC's employee, <br /> equitable compensation for the loss of such employee will be due to PMC <br /> by the client. <br /> PMC understands any work product created for and delivered to the client <br /> will become the property of the client. PMC reserves the right to use work <br /> we created (including images,concepts, or ideas) solely for the purpose of <br /> displaying samples of work to potential clients as an example of PMC's <br /> creative capability. <br /> 4-14 -x ; <br />
